This was the fourth LP for the Makaha Sons Of Ni'ihau. No date is provided, but might be around 1979 or 1980. The title of the song on track B3 is copied directly from the LP, but the correct spelling of the first word should be "Ahe. Other Versions (4 of 4) View All. Cat.

A Hawaiian Classic Collection 20 Year Commemorative Album. This CD was released to celebrate the 25th Anniversay of The Makaha Sons of Ni'ihau's first recording made live at Hank's. Members of the group were: Moon Kaukahi, Israel (Iz) Kamakawiwo'ole, Skippy Kamakawiwo'ole, and Mel Amina. Included is a 16 page booklet with Hawaiian lyrics and English translations.

The Mākaha Sons of Ni‘ihau were a Hawaiian musical group. They originated on the leeward (Kona or westerly) side of O‘ahu. After the deaths of the Kamakawiwoole brothers, the remaining members dropped the "of Niihau" and now are known as the Makaha Sons, consisting of Louis Moon Kauakahi on 6-string guitar, John Koko on upright acoustic bass and Jerome Koko on 12-string guitar.

The Mākaha Sons of Ni‘ihau are a popular Hawaiian musical group. They originated on the leeward (kona or westerly) side of Oahu. In 1976, the Mākaha Sons of Ni‘ihau began their professional career with five members, as an opening act in a small nightclub known as "Uptown Yokos. The group has reorganized several times, with some members seeking other professional careers. In commemoration of the group’s 30th anniversary, the Sons reflect back to the times and places they have had the privilege and honor to have been a part of. Their performances have taken them to such prestigious places as Carnegie Hall in New York City, Washington, D. and in Hawaii, with performances for both the President and Vice-President of the United States.
